Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: January 1, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Trimora website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Trimora is a technology platform that facilitates access to telehealth services provided by independent, licensed medical providers. Trimora does not practice medicine, does not employ physicians, and does not prescribe medications. All medical decisions, including whether to issue a prescription, are made solely by the independent licensed physicians who review your intake.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. Our services are currently available in all U.S. states except Arkansas, Mississippi, and New Jersey. You represent that the information you provide in your intake is accurate and complete.

3. No Guarantee of Prescription

Completing an intake form does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Independent licensed physicians will review your information and determine eligibility based on their clinical judgment. Trimora has no influence over prescribing decisions.

4. Compounded Medications

Medications dispensed through our pharmacy partners are compounded medications. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Individual results may vary. These medications are prescribed for specific patients based on a valid physician-patient relationship.

5. Not Emergency Services

Our telehealth services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment for services is due at the time of intake submission. Fees cover the cost of physician review and, if approved, the compounded medication. Refund policies vary by program and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trimora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
